How do I get gate access?
Gate access is granted following the completion and submission of the Amenity Access Form. This form constitutes an agreement wherein the resident commits to adhering to Bluestem pool regulations in exchange for access to the amenities.
Who needs to submit a form?
Individuals aged 16 years or older residing in a household seeking amenity access may do so. Amenity access is granted on an individual basis rather than per household. Children aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the pool area and therefore do not qualify for independent access.
Steps to gain gate access:
1. Complete and submit Amenity Access Form
2. Allow 1-3 business days for your Lifestyle Director to confirm residency. Upon confirmation, anticipate an email from "Bravas Security."

Step 2: Click on the invitation link provided in your email to access your Mobile Credential from your mobile device. The link expires in 48 hours.
Step 3: Start using your mobile credential!
